In these hard times, and particularly where you've spent a great deal of money on new plant, or even a new brewery, we can give you a hand to 'spread the load'. We are very happy to offer rental terms for our systems!
Single-user system from £37 per week
Multi-user System from £52 per week
What these rentals will include:
The Brewery Management software.
A dedicated Barcode label printer.
A mobile handheld scanner.
All the cables for the above.
+ A site visit to install both the hardware and software and give initial training in the use of the system.
+ Two further ON SITE visits for training in the use of the system (further training visits can be arranged at a small cost for time and travel if you require them).
+ Rental includes REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF HARDWARE (subject to reasonable 'fair wear and tear', for example if you run a forklift over a scanner you'll have to pay for the repair!).
+ MAINTENANCE OF THE SOFTWARE with full telephone support, updates to the system, as and when we add features to the system. (normally 3 / 4 times a year).
*What the from means:
If … you require an enhanced scanner or an additional scanner these will be quoted separately.
If … you would like a faster printer with a higher capacity for holding labels and ribbon, we can supply this for a separately quoted cost.
If … You require us to include some specific variation to the software we will quote separately for this to be done.
All the above 'Ifs' can be incorporated in the rental quote.
Terms
Rentals will be paid monthly by standing order. An advance rental of 3 months rent will be asked for. The minimum rental term will be 3 years. Following that period rentals will be reduced to 2/3rds of their then current rate.
